Love it - quiet, works great

I like it so much I just ordered my second. I'll update good or bad. I originally got one of these fans for blowing on hydroponic plants - I needed oscillating, this one can also vary the air with a "mode" setting - when I got it I also realized it really pushed the air; this fan can reach the plants in the back (peppers and tomatoes). Last night it was hot and we needed a fan in the bedroom - I brought this one up from the basement (where the plants are) and wow, I had not realized how nice it is in the living area. Quiet, the remote control is nice (I didn't need it when it was just for the plants). It has a timer too like most fans with electronic controls, but we don't need that. And it's only 60 bucks! Look around, a good fan is expensive. This one is very good and not expensive.

The bearing wear quickly with continuous use.

I bought this back in Apr. 2022. I got about 2 years and four months out of it before the top bearing began squealing. It was running nearly full time on low, so it's a somewhat extreme case. Otherwise, I like this fan so I'll be ordering a replacement. 3 stars for the poor longevity, but otherwise a fine product.
