Cuisinart Chicken Fryer, Snow White, 12"

I purchased both the chicken fryer, as well as the large Oval Casserole. I assumed they would be similar quality to the Le Creuset which I have had for years, but at a hugely discounted price. Not so. I manly use on top of the stove, and probably because it is white the flames from my gas cooktop turn the outside of the pan black. Cleaning the flame marks is not easy unless I use the Le Creuset porcelain cleaner. I should have thought of this before I bought white, but I guess that's why they were so discounted. Other than the cosmetic the pan is nice, although not as good as Le Creuset.
