Comes with everything involved including the head gear! Happy it also comes with all 3 sizes for the nose piece as well. Great purchase for a good price!

These are not in original ResMed packaging! They come in a plastic baggie and already have nasal pillows installed. Clearly been handled. are also NOT sold by ResMed. This is very misleading. No way to verify if used or new.
