Smooth ride!
By Mima on Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2019
Wanted to wait to write a review until we had at least taken the suitcases on an airplane and actually checked them in. When it comes to sturdiness, carry on trips don't really count since you are the only one handling the luggage. So the carry-on size was just perfect for a long weekend trip. Loved the smooth ride through the airport. I had a personal item (pretty heavy) placed on top and both rolled right alongside me. On carpeted areas it would take a little more effort but overall very easy to move. My husband has the same set but different color and he did complain that the handle was a little flimsy! I was able to fit my husband's suit in the carry-on by laying half the suit jacket and (folded) pants flat in the bottom of the zippered side, place his dressed shirts on top, with some extra clothes and fold the other half of the jacket over on top. I zipped up the compression side, which kept everything nicely in place and his suit arrived in tip top shape. I really like the zippered compression side because it keeps smaller items, like small toiletry bags or hairdryers from rolling around. The extra attachments that fit inside the suitcases come in very handy for keeping neck ties from wrinkling. I have not used the separate laundry bag but did unzip the lining on the inside of the suitcase to separate dirty clothes from clean. All three sizes have come on a recent overseas trip with us. The largest size was not able to withstand airline personnel, so now has a crack in it. It cracked close to the zipper, but no dents. Still usable but unfortunate! Makes you wonder if it will survive another plane ride! (and it's only been on one) The medium sizes did fine. Weight is so important, so was happy to notice that all sizes are lighter than expected. The built in lock is easy to program and easy to use. Nice not to have to worry about those tiny little keys that get lost or forgotten so easily!!

Broken handles
By velvet on Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2025
I have had these 5 years. I thought the zippers would be the problem area, but it is the handles. All three cases have have broken both fixed lift handles when lifting to put into vehicles. All six handles! Making them useless when on a trip. I only use once or twice a year and store in my climate controlled closet.
