update: I was very quickly contacted by the seller offering either a full refund or replacement. they were also asking for pictures in order to be able to fix any design flaws. I am very happy with the customer service thus far. (I add this information because, if I am on the fence about who to buy from, I am more likely to buy from a company with excellent customer service). I have elected to try a replacement in the case that my first order was just flawed. I will be sure to update yet again after the replacement is received! used it for 3 days before wheel bent. all of our thresholds are flush and we have wood floors. we have a small area rug and somehow when it rolled over it, that bent the wheel where the bolt to hold the wheel welds to the frame. When I tried to 'bend it back, the weld broke all way and now it is useless for our purposes. I thought it was high quality and going to last us a while because everything else seems sturdy, but - unless ours was just defective- it seems to have a small design flaw.
