Great carryone

This is a great carry-on suitcase. Love the grey/silver color and it is just the right size. The wheels spin 360° makes it very easy to hustle through the airport. It was not too heavy and I was able to fit quite a bit into it. I got my husband a matching color for our trip to Greece and we were very satisfied with the durability of this as well.

Handle Stuck - Unable to Fix

I’ll preface this with saying I fly often, typically 2-4 flights per month. I purchased this and started using it around November 2023. It’s been a fine carry on (I’ve never checked this bag) however a few months back the handle started sticking and now I can’t get it to go down all the way anymore. I tried to fix it and unfortunately can’t. I suppose this might be fine if you don’t fly often but that defeats the purpose for me. Will be throwing this away and purchasing a carry on from a more reliable company.
