Melbourne Hardside Expandable Luggage

I just bought this suitcase July 25 and I tried to go on Amazon today, Aug. 26th to return it, but I guess I'm too late. Frustrated. I took it on my second flight within literally a month and the zipper already broke. It looked great on the outside at a good price, I thought i would take a chance. I was literally only on my 2nd flight with this suitcase and arrived to my hotel in Montana to unpack, and the zipper was gone. Try to unzip a packed suitcase with two fingers without a zipper, it's annoying. The zippers look like they are made of metal, but maybe it's hard silver plastic, I'm not sure. I've had regular suitcases for a long time and the zippers are still on them. After this zipper broke, I'm frustrated. I went online today to Amazon and I'm 1 day past the return date of 30 days of when I bought it. Barely used and this already. I hope that company will fix this somehow. This is unacceptable for a product, and I travel often for business. This makes my confidence go down in this company.
