Not sticky, moisturizes well
By UNDMOM on Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2025
This lipgloss is great quality for the price. I often stay away from glosses and usually only buy Chapstick because glosses always seem to be sticky and make your lips feel like they’re sticking together every time you move your mouth. This lipgloss is not like that at all. It does not feel like you have anything on your lips. It moisturize very well. I apply it a few times a day, and my lips have never been softer and more moisturized. I have now thrown away all my chapsticks and have purchased this in other flavors. The scent is not overwhelming, but is also not absent. I think it’s a perfect amount of scent . It should be fine for people with sensitive skin. I usually have very sensitive skin/lips. The only Chapstick that I’ve been able to use is Burt’s bees everything else makes my lips burn or break out. This is the only other product so far that I’ve been able to use. I am so happy to be able to find a product for sensitive skin. That feels great on my lips and smells great. I will definitely be ordering every new flavor as they are released. It gives a nice shiny appearance to your skin. I am not one that likes dark colors are lots of lipstick on my lips. This is nice because it looks natural and it’s very neutral but with the shine it looks like you have a luxurious lipstick on. I highly recommend trying this out.

No scent whatsoever

I have bought a ton of these balms from Laneige over the years and liked them all. The formula is excellent when first applied, my only complaint has ever been that they don’t last as long as some other balms, but I still buy them because I like the formula, scents, and packaging. That being said, I absolutely didn’t need another one when I have five or six stashed in my home, car, and office. The new Peach Iced Tea scent drew me in though and I decided to pick it up since that’s my preferred drink and I thought the scent would be great. Unfortunately, it has no scent. None. I can only smell it if I hold it directly up to my nose and even then it’s barely noticeable. Even the small distance between my nose and my lips is enough that I can’t smell a thing while applying it. I don’t know if I got a dud or if the scent of this is just super muted compared to the other scents, but this was a waste of $19 for me. The formula seems the same as always so it still gets 3 stars since it’s a good balm, but I’m not interested in paying exorbitantly for what is essentially an unscented balm.
