Delsey Cruise Lite Hardside Two Wheel Under Seat Luggage

Quality of the bag is good. I wish I could return it without having to pay return shipping because it will NOT fit under the airline seat as advertised. Its dimension of 9.25 inches for height is too big for the new under the seat limits for all airlines. I wish I had known that before buying it. Oh well....... beware if you intend to buy it for a personal item to fit under the airline seat bc it's not going to fit! Please note, i am/was a verified purchase for this item but bc i returned it, it no longer shows 'Verified Purchase' next to my review.
