SainSmart Jr. Kids Bow and Arrows, Pink

We ordered this for my 5 year old son as a Christmas gift. When it arrived and I was pulling it out of the package, I absentmindedly cut the bow string in half as I was cutting all the packaging ties. I tied it back together as a short term solution and it still worked quite well. We found the screw to the battery compartment to be prettt soft and pliable along with stuck in prettt hard. We couldn’t get the screw out and ended up stripping it in the process. Therefore we couldn’t add batteries and use the light up feature. I contacted customer service which was an easy, prompt, and pleasant experience. They sent us out a free replacement. We easily unscrewed the screw on that one and my son LOVED the light up feature. Overall it’s a very fun bow and arrow set and perfect for kids in his age range. He has loved using it! Thus far the arrows have held up well and the bow seems sturdy. The quiver, however, doesn’t fit snugly or well to the body. It’s design could use some work. But we can certainly find a way to use some extra materials and fasten it more securely. Overall very happy with the product and our experience!
