Pork King Good Pork Rind Breadcrumbs

Love these crumbs. I used them to bread chicken, fish, pork, and shrimp. They aren't seasoned (IMO) and that is just fine for me. They're almost indiscernible from regular bread crumbs. I hardly ever do carb substitutions (a la, cauliflower mash) I see them as pointless. But this is basically the same thing, it's just not bread. Also, the company gives a decent amount. I'd love a bigger jar option, but honestly, having a smaller jar keeps me in line and eating less breaded things anyway. lol.
