Excellent product and vendor (Sain Store)

This is a great product to work safely in cramped spaces where ventilation may be difficult. The filter monitors the quality of the air, and alerts the users when it deteriorates, or when the filter needs to be changed. Very easy to use, and very effective. The seller also shipped the product very fast, and I received it in 3 days. Great job. I am buying 6 more filters (3 pairs).

Not an authentic Airthereal HEPA filter

After unboxing the product I noticed immediately that it appeared different than the filter which came with the purifier and to previous filters I bought. Differences I noticed are - Logo print slightly larger/shinier - length of filter ~3mm shorter - foam padding thicker but slimmer - mesh on the front is much finer - band to pull the filter out of case is slightly different material - larger rounding of paper frame at edges - something rattles like a rattle on the inside I purposefully purchased the filter from the AIRTHEREAL Store on Amazon which is more expensive than knockoffs, but still received a knockoff. I have no idea if this actually is a HEPA filter or just something which appears similar. It also does not fit as well as the original. I’ll return this filter and avoid Sain Store, which fulfilled this order, in the future.
