I have had other sensor style trash cans and this one by far exceeds expectations! You don't have to keep waving ur hand in front of the sensor to make it open just to have it close on you before your done throwing stuff away. it has an open and a close button. The damn thing just works great at a good price! Thanks it's a good product!!Kevin

Disappointing

I had high hopes for this product and was very disappointed. It doesn’t work. It has adapter to plug in , but you still need to buy batteries. Then you buy batteries still doesn't work and then are told by their customer service via chat option that you need to try out energizer or Duracell. After already spending over $10 for the non sufficient batteries. Btw.. this is not on the box or directions that you need energizer or Duracell. And don’t try calling them on the phone, just rings busy no matter what option you choose. Just the chat option.
