Good Beginner "Real Art" Set
By utopiachick on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2020
My teen is usually too busy with activities outside of the house to sit down and paint. But now that school and activities are cancelled, distance learning takes minimal time, and we are sheltering in place due to the Covid19 pandemic, my teen has been asking to paint. Problem is that all we have at home are the little kid supplies and a few canvases. So because she needs paint (prefers acrylic to water color or oil), decent brushes, more canvases, I was looking at this set. We don't really have the space for a stand up easel and she likes to paint and draw and likes to do small to medium sized pieces. So after watching her be hunched over the table the last couple of weeks, I looked into getting a table top easel. Apparently, you can get a table top easel for about $10. But since she needed everything, I thought this set would be a good purchase. I surprised her with this set, which came today. She loves it. And she especially loves the small canvases that others have complained about. She has already asked me for some more in the smaller size.

Very Nice "First Painting" Set

10 year old grandkid, Bob Ross on video, and we have a few wonderful first pieces. This set piqued her interest and allowed her to show the natural talent she already has.
