Great set for LEGO lovers!

I sent this set to my grandson, aged 6 for his birthday. He loves LEGO and the more difficult it is the better it seems, for him. He likes the challenge. Great set and he was very excited to receive it. Huge box - it’s a big set to assemble.

Almost seems not like Lego.

The best part of Lego is the quality. Any time we bought non Lego block sets, they fall apart easily. Multiple parts on the fire truck fell apart so easily that we had to alter the design to build it better so it wouldn’t fall apart. Also a part of the crane (the string) was so difficult to build, my husband had trouble doing it (let alone my son). Very disappointed for such an expensive set. Some of the instructions were hard to understand. (And we’re very experienced Lego and Lego city builders. Other Lego city kits have been much better quality.
