I like the various settings while laying down or sitting in a chair. Please note that the shiatsu neck needs to be adjusted lower than one would think because of it goes to high above the ears, it’s uncomfortable. Otherwise, it’s perfect for relaxation.

Got a replacement because 2 of the vibrators stopped working and the replacement one did exactly the same thing. So only 2 vibrators work on the 2nd matt as well waste of money spent because it must have a defect in the vibrators. Very unhappy with this matt. Pain relief was good as long as it worked. Comfort was good too until it quit working. So for the value of money it did not even last 6 months then it stopped working it is in the trash. So I wasted the 90.00 I spent on it.
