WALLOP Senior Steak Knife Set - 4 Piece

We bought two sets off 4 knives in Dec 2018..couldn't be happier with these knives. Bought the 5" smooth blades and it is such a smooth and precision slice with no effort. Beautiful knives that have accidently made it through thru the dishwasher a few times and still look great. The stunning wood handles still beautiful and impressive. We are a KETO family and steak knives are used several times a week. I LOVE sharpening knives as a hobby and all these knives have ever had done is a light hits on a steel. I still haven't got to rebuild the edge as they are still supper shart after approx 130-150 uses. I even have a machine that tests sharpness. 190g is utility knife, 280-350g is about what most new knives test at. These knives started about 250g and most are below that with hits on the steel. At about 350-400 I will draw on the steel and they are back to the 190-260g range. IMPRESSIVE KNIVES!!!!! I seriously have thought about buying another set just to make sure I never have to do without these knives. The blade, full tang handle and incredible wood with a super sturdy feel...impressive at any price. It was about $50 bucks for a set of 4. I have a couple knives that are $60 each...these knives get used 100% of the time......I don't know of a better one out there at any price. I am teased for buying chef knives for $600 for my collection....I still am amazed at the quality for such a cheap price. The easiest 5 star review i have ever given. If you like sturdy steak knives that cut steak like butter. you have found the best i have ever owned.
