after 29 days it stopped working

I don't usually do reviews but this ones for the dog! I have a senior (15 years old) Jack Russell Terrier who is blind. I thought a water fountain that made sounds would make it easier for her to find the water. (It is probably too quiet with the window Air conditioner on. which probably isn't a bad thing.) *After 29 days this fountain stopped working. I have done weekly cleanings on this to get the so called "slime" out. (It hasn't had any slime by the way-that's what people seem to call it.) The pump seems to be the issue because it's not pumping water anymore. BUT come on, after only 29 days the pump needs to be replaced??? I would try to return this but after 29 days I don't have to box anymore to even ship it back with due to thinking "Hey this fountain works". Very disappointed. I DO NOT recommend this fountain. I will be purchasing a replacement pump. I hope this new pump will fix the issue.

Very happy...a quality device

This is a very nice device. It is easy to assemble, literally, just snap the filter and a couple parts in, turn the pump to the level you want, and fill with water. It is easy to clean, however, It does hold a large amount of water. Therefore, when full, some might have difficulty maneuvering it. There is a line indicating the minimum amount. This is quite helpful, because it makes it easy to see when to add more water in order to keep the minimum for the pump to function properly. The pump is very quiet. My dogs and cats prefer using this instead of the bowls I leave out. I think they prefer the water that is constantly moving over static. I have used mine for about 3 months now, and have had no problems.
