Perfect pan!

Recently my kitchen was redone and I now have a wonderful induction stove. Unfortunately, none of my hard anodized pans will work, including a wonderful griddle pan to make pancakes. I finally found this pan and can say it is one of the best pans I’ve ever used. It is a wonderful weight, very even heating, easy to clean and the induction base covers the entire bottom, not partly as some I’ve seen. I’ve used many high end pans and this is tops. I really like the wood handle but I never put coated pans in a dishwasher so the removable handle has never been removed. I highly recommend. CORRECTION: INDUCTION STOVE

Great pan, not so great handle

Absolutely great pan for crepes, omelettes, quesadillas, you name it. The idea of a removable handle (to allow it to go in the oven) is a nice idea, but the execution didn’t work out as expected. When we first got it, we tried to remove the handle, but it just didn’t budge. Then, miraculously it popped off after the first couple uses, now the handle doesn’t stay. I swear, you sneeze anywhere near this pan, and the handle just pops off. Now when we use it, we have to constantly prop it up just slightly, to ensure the handle stays put. A little annoying, but a great pan.
