Strong and sturdy.

I love this sturdy rack it holds 5 of my frying pans securely and frees up space in my cabinet. It is strong enough for cast iron pans as well. Prevents chipping of my nonstick surfaces. Well worth the reasonable price.

Not great for pans

Item is very strong and sturdy. However, this is not for frying pans as pictured in my opinion. In their picture, the top 3 frying pans must be very tiny (like 4 and 6 inch). The rungs are strong however, the "platforms" are so small. A standard, medium sized 10 inch frying pan cannot be even on the 3rd rung from the top because the platform is so small it tilts over. You would have to either use this on its side just to line pans up. Most people have more than one medium frying plan since it is the most used size. So unless you have - 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12 inch pans and just one of each this set up won't work.
