Blue Diamond Cookware Ceramic Set

I received my set on April 29. Today (3-days after the return window closed), I discovered that the 2-quart saucepan has a chip in it. The frypan set seems to be holding up okay. I have a gas stove. I like the even heat distribution with all the pans even though the gas heat source is centered. However, the company may have exaggerated what you can and cannot do with this cookware. They advertise it one way, but when you get the cookware, the instructions suggest otherwise. It does NOT appear to be metal safe. At first, I thought I had my ultimate pan set; now, not so much. I guess it's back to cast iron and stainless steel. I called Blue Diamond's customer service three times. I got hold music for about a second or two, then got hung up on. I tried a fourth time and finally got through. I now have been on hold for over 25-minutes and am hanging up. I understand they are most likely short-staffed because of COVID-19 craziness, and it is mid-day.
