Shark Rocket or Navigator Vacuum (S&D)

This Refurbished vacuum came packaged and clean just as if it were brand new. The only way of telling was the cord had been rewrapped differently (but very neatly) and the twist ties looked used. But the vacuum itself was in tip top condition. This thing is lightweight, (yes, there is more weight at the top, but even with my arthritis I have no problem handling this vacuum) and has the suction power like my canister Dyson. I love the bendable arm for going under furniture (And this REALLY works) and for folding in half to store. Once it's bent in half there is a handle to carry it around. The 30 ft cord means I only have to change outlets 2 times while vacuuming my 1500 sq ft house. The debris cup is a bit small when you have pets, but it empties easy enough and you don't have to take the whole vac or even part of it to the trash can. The cup snaps off for easy emptying. I also love that the head is powered so this thing picks up everything. Be careful on hard surfaces though if the head is spinning things like cat litter can go flying to the other side of the room so just turn off the rotator and the suction is just as good. I have to hold down edges of lightweight throw rugs just like I do my full size dyson or the vac will suck them right up. I love that the first metal filter is washable and easy enough to brush it off with your hand. I haven't read the direction yet, so am not sure if I have to buy the fabric filters but so far I've just brushed off the pet hair and if it starts to look bad I take my shop vac and vacuum the super fine dust out of it and it looks like brand new again. The lights on the powerhead and the handheld dustbuster when detached are awesome. There are dust particles and cat hair I can't see without those lights. I hope they never burn out. So far everything about this vacuum is 5 stars. I highly recommend buying refurbished. I don't see the point in a brand new one if the refurbished ones come looking brand new. Who ever is cleaning this up and repackaging them is doing a fantastic job.
