It is nice and compact to store

I love my new NutraChef food saver. I have an old on e but could not resist this new slick one. You can also use it with mason jar or canister vacuum kit for preservation. The directions could be a little clearer . You do have to turn a knob to use this way. I figured it out though . It works great and glad I decided to upgrade . It was less expensive than the old one.

Doesn’t suck, and that sucks

I have only been able to get this to seal one bag. Made an entire gourmet meal for family and when I tried to seal the steaks, it was a total flop. Tried for 30 minutes, repositioning and rereading the instructions for nothing.
