Works well
By keevin on Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2024
I was very skeptical. I got this on Black Friday for $52. I figured it was worth a gamble so I took a shot at it. I was needing a heater for a 15 x 15 room in my shop. I didn’t wanna run the big furnace when I was just working in the one room, shipping was quick, so I took it out of the box and plugged it up and thought here we go. The room started out at 38° 20 minutes later it was 70°. I am blown away. I should’ve got two of these at the sale price if you’re looking for a small heater at a great price this is it. It works well, even on high. It’s quiet. The electrical cord does not run hot and it blows a fair amount of air like I said, I am super impressed and will buy another one if needed. when it first started up, it will stink a little bit burning whatever it is off the coils I’m sure but it went away, other than that it’s totally awesome.

Bought 2, one fire hazard, other seems ok
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2025
The 1st one I bought stopped working after 8 days. My friend figured out why, here are his words: "...a massive fire hazard because elements would turn on full blast, but fan wouldn't blow any air, letting elements get way overheated. Elements need cold air blowing over them. It was actually insane the heater just let them burn. Even the heater's safety features weren't working...if you left on for any amount of time, I bet elements would burn out/overheat/catch fire." I had ordered another one when this one broke before I knew all of this. I gave it to that friend as it seems to be working well. He is using it to cut his electric bill due to high ceilings, and keep the area warm where his 2 bunnies live. Huge home. He's very happy with it. I also used a ceramic heater at same time, never got warm, house stayed in 50s, I'd shut doors with the ceramic one doing the work in a small closed off room. This was until I could get someone in to fix my 7 yr. old gas/electric heater, which just needed to be cleaned of debris because I never had that done since it was installed--learned a painfully 'cold' lesson.
