Works as advertised just wish there was more commands in Alexa. Overall this is great product and does what is said it is to do.

This vacuum worked well for me for 2 years. I kept up with regular maintenance like changing the filter, changing the rotating brushes, changing the main brush, as well as just keeping it cleaned out. However, at just over 2 years it appears the brush motor is broken. I called Shark to see about a warranty or any steps to repair. They confirmed it is the brush motor, but since I purchased it over a year ago, I don't qualify to get a repair. "They wish there was something more they could do." I also took it to a vacuum repair shop and they also confirmed the brush motor is the problem. He also mentioned that he is more limited on how much he can fix for Shark and that he is able to fix more with iRobot.
