I loved the ease of use and ordered the replacement blades for the future, This is my Third razor from you folks and I would not purchase anywhere else.. Thanks for a great product

Poor quality- failed after 1 year

This shaver lasted about 1 year! This is not what Norelco quality used to be. The joint between the motor unit and the pivoting shaver head failed, slipping, finally falling off during shaving. It’s a cheap plastic joint that predictably failed quickly. Maybe that’s the point to sell more razors - and loose more customers. Norelco quality has been an issue for some years now, in addition to stinginess with accessories like charging stands and travel pouches.
