Everything I wanted!
By Tina on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2024
It wasn't completely easy to assemble, but a second person is definitely helpful. Otherwise, it was straight forward and quickly came together. It's is a quality product and looks great. Certainly perfect for my 76 in TV. Would get another product by this company, if needed. And the price is right.

Poor workmanship part 2
By Mr. Ed on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2021
The cabinet, itself, was exactly what we wanted. Assembling it was a nightmare. Two major problems, one the first hole in both middle support pieces was drilled wrong in the bottom shelf, off by over an inch. Since the new tv was on the way, I was able to redrill and make it work. The dealbreaker was there were no predrilled holes, on the sides to mount the glass doors. I’m no cabinetmaker so I’m stumped on how to do it efficiently. Here I sit, beautiful new big screen tv and a new unfinished stand to sit it on. If sending it back was an option, it would be on the truck headed back. Very disappointed. Up date: Day 11 and the manufacturer is still jerking me around. All I asked for was where exactly do I drill the holes so can hang the doors? It wasn’t like I was asking for top secret information, if they would have done it when they made the stand I would know. When I contacted them day two, they responded right away with a solution on how to mount the hinge on the door, not the door on the cabinet. I responded to them, then nothing until a resent the response. this happened a couple of times and then they told me to send it back and they would send me a replacement. Fool me once. I told them Houdini couldn’t send it back in the shipping box. The box is about 72” x 24” x 4”. I’ve never seen anything packed that tight, when I moved the box nothing inside moved, it was like it was one solid piece. also check out the stand, I had it all assembled except putting on the doors. No chance of me taking it apart if I can’t get it in the box. Yesterday I told them if this isn’t resolved my Monday, I would file a suit in small claims court to recover the cost of the stand plus court fees. They had to options, supply me with the information, and I would hang them, which would really irk me as I have little to no carpentry training skills, which cost them 0$. Other option would be either to hire someone to do it or let me find someone and reimburse me. A friend of my wife, husband is a retired attorney and they stopped by a few days ago. After accessing the situation, the stand and shipping box and copies of all my correspondence, he said they would be complete idiots if they let this proceed, especially the 0 cost option. I was concerned about not returning the stand, that if they wanted it back, come get it. There is something called expected competence which means can the average person complete the task? His comment was and I quote “A person would have a better chance of squeezing all the toothpaste out of the tube and putting it back in”. One last thing and I’ll be surprised if it’s not deleted, it’s about who I bought the stand from. Just the bullet points: Early on, I called the company I bought it from. I thought I wasn’t getting the response I was hoping for. I explained the situation and asked them one question, “ Could you please call them and see if they could be a little more proactive and expidite a solution?” I was only asking for information. 1 1/2 hours, and three agents later, no progress. The last person I talked to was the rudest, codescending supposidly customer service person I’ve ever encountered. She finally disconnected me. A survey popped up and I filled it out giving them as much information as there was room for. A 1 rating was too high. My final comment was “ “Please explain to me how three agents, could spend 1 1/2 hours jerking me around, but couldn’t take five minutes to make the call for help that I asked them to? The system said the survey was received. I expected to be contacted to review the situation but it’s been several days and nothing. My wife likes the things the Echo can do and the Prime movies so we’ll keep the service, but being the first place I look for something they’ll on the last as a last resort. Sorry for the rant.
