adidas Originals National Backpack

My seventh grader liked the backpack but it broke after 3 months of carrying his binder, laptop, water bottle, textbooks, spiral notebook, pens, masks, etc.. and honestly I expected a lot more for $50 from a brand like Adidas! ***EDITED TO ADD*** Adidas guarantees all of their accessories and backpacks for five years from defects, no receipt needed. On their website you can find a form to fill out and they will email you with a label to mail back the backpack, you will have to pay for shipping but you can always choose regular slow mail for cheap. Right away they sent me an email saying send us the backpack and we will send you the replacement in the colors you asked for on the form or equal value somehow 👏🏻👏🏻 Keep in mind many brand names guarantee their stuff from manufacturing defects often for life. The store you got it at might not but the company will so always contact them directly. I see the exact same strap breaking in others photos.
