Great unit

So far so good.The suction of a canister vac with the weight of an old dust buster.Im high setting the power head sticks to the floor and cant move it.Charge last for about 3 thorough room cleaningsI had to take apart the filter unit (simple enough) to remove a bottle cap that got lodged in a tight spot but thats my fault its not a shop vac.Great for stairs, kids rooms and the back of a conversion van that hasnt been vaccummed in 2 years.Im keeping my fingers crossed and will update if my feelings change

Major battery problems/ Received Wrong Model

This vacuum worked great for about a year after receiving. I had no issues with it being refurbished based on the price. However, after about a year of use, the battery began to degrade quickly, ultimately resulting in the vacuum not working. Because we had other vacuums, I put this one aside to revisit it later. When I did, I realized I received a V6 Model, when in fact I had ordered a V7 Model. With that said, I have ordered a replacement battery and hoping it makes the vacuum usable again.Last Comment: Because this is a refurbished item listing, I can see how my results are not common, but possible for others. Make sure to check the model soon after receiving it.
