Tommee Tippee Soother Pacifier, 4 count

My son loves these pacifiers and won’t take any others now since he prefers the shape of the nipple. He’s used these since he was a newborn and now he’s 7 months so I have to stick with these even though Tommy Tipee customer service is not good and these have a potential design flaw. Apparently water can get up into the sealed plastic rim and grow mold. I was so sickened! I wash these with warm water and soap and never had a problem with the newborn size, but once I purchased the 6+ month size, two of them have grown black mold because moisture got up into them. WATER SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THIS SEAM. Tommy Tipee refuses to make this right because I purchased these more than 4 weeks ago and of course the fine print says to throw them out every 4 weeks, which yeah right, like any parent on a budget is going to do that. Especially when I rotate them out constantly and don’t use the same one over and over, and the plastic is not weakened. Their is definitely a design flaw in SOME of these pacifiers that cause them to grow mold. Unfortunately my son likes them, but I am very disappointed in this company for refusing to own up to a problem.
