Dyson V6 Absolute Cord-Free Vacuum

This vacuum is awesome BUT. I will never do certified refurbished again. Definitely had some dings in it which didn’t bother me too much, but The first time using it, the fully charged battery died after 6 minutes of (regular suction) use. It should last 20. I tested it several times over a few days to be sure (it takes HOURS to fully recharge) and sure enough same issue over and over again. The high suction feature only lasted 45seconds - if that - so I know i had the right setting each time. (It should last 5) After going back and forth with a Dyson (6month warranty) they told me I would need to bring it to a Dyson support center to have it evaluated. They wouldn’t just send me a battery. No thanks. I had just bought it and am not dealing with that hassle so I returned it. Such a shame because it is an awesome vaccuum when it’s working - but 6 minutes wasn’t cutting it. I also don’t trust what else may be wrong with it in the not so distant future if they were willing to send me one they clearly didn’t fully inspect or they would have known the battery was garbage.. Save your money and buy brand new if you can- because it will be worth it!
