Not for folks with arthritis

I finally got to set this up. The base opened right up. The top was a serious challenge to get locked to stay open. If the lines are tangled it will not open. Then it takes serious strength to lock the top as you pull and twist at the same time. I have arthritis in my hands and arms so really struggled with this. Also it is not very tall and knee length dresses might not clear the ground unless you double over the line.
