Nice Bench-Worth the money

Beautiful bench. Easy to assemble. durable real bamboo wood (better than plastic) holds up well in the shower -- I've had mine since 2020. I still use it's practical. Take care to dry off the bench after each use, moisture proof the surface annually, replace the screws if they fall out, (my bad assembly skills). It will have that organic spa look forever, and that's a long time. Worth the money. Glad that I bought this and not that inexpensive, cheap looking plastic. Spend the money and enjoy the luxe spa experience every day!

So. Because the legs were incorrectly cut, I called Amazon Customer Service. I wanted two (2) new, correctly legs sent to me. Amazon told me, and it's on Amazon's website, that if you need support of any kind to call the manufacturer. Called the the company Customer support. The companies support. They informed me that because of Amazon's rules, Amazon had to take care of the problem. I got the name of the person at the Company. I contacted Amazon, again and gave Amazon's Customer service to let them know I had received conflicting information between Amazon and t h e manufacturer. It became a he said / she said it situation. The bench remains wobbly and the situation has not been resolved. My advice is. If you get a bench with uneven or miss cut legs, send it back.
