Accurate and easy to use

It's proactive and sensitive to our office space. The front door opens and closes constantly, so knowing whether the air quality is compromised or good is very important. Such a great monitor!

Stopped working right after Amazon return window

Worked fine until just after the 30 day Amazon return window. I plugged it in to charge and it never turned on again. The warranty not only requires the customer to pay for shipping, but also to send your credit card details on a sheet of paper in the return package so they can bill for an unlisted return shipping charge. This kind of intentionally unpleasant warranty process drives me crazy, so I'm leaving this review instead.
