The digital readout is impossible to see in low light. The back lite button works , but it's not feasible to push it every time you want to see the time or date. Turning your wrist helps some but not enough to make much difference. I'll be returning it in search of something better. I love the G Shocks i've had in the past, but this one misses the mark
