Get yourself the P1 model. Incredible first time use and highly affordable
By Chad Sabin on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2020
I’ve never bought a smart scale before and I’m fairly inexperienced when it comes to measurement metrics. This device alongside the EufyLife app was incredibly easy to use. The app: Incredibly straight forward and simple. I was able to set up my device in about 30 sec and that surprised me. The Bluetooth picked up my scale and it was ready to use. After my first weigh in, the app showcased my weight and the 14 metric measurements. The app shines the most here as it explains what each metric means and why it’s important. I was able to name my scale and set up Apple health in an instant. Simple and easy. The Eufy P1 smart scale: the device itself feels premium and looks and feels fantastic. For the price, I can’t believe it. Highly affordable. Using it the first time was easy and showed my weight on the bright LED lights and flashed “———“ 3 times to pick up my other 14 measurements. Overall: this is the perfect smart scale to buy for the price. Any new smart scale buyer should pick this P1 model over the C1 in terms of the extra measurements alone. The app was simple to use and set up and couldn’t be happier to start getting into shape!

Eufy scale does not connect directly to Google Fit
By MusicEarthLove on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2021
This is my first time purchasing a smart scale. My reason for purchasing the Eufy smart scale was to connect it to the Google Fit app. It states in the description that it connects to the Google Fit app. Unfortunately, I had to download the EufyLife app first, then I could connect the EufyLife app to my Google App. Maybe it sounds crazy to you like it did for me. I didn't want to download an app to connect to my Google Fit app which has already been tracking my health and progress. Also, the EufyLife app only has 100k downloads and therefore is really sketchy to me. Not pleased with the lack of direct connection. The product itself has a sleek and modern look. It is a beautiful scale. The tempered glass top is easy to clean. Unfortunately, the scale has to be connected to the app to work (if you don't download the app, the scale won't work). We inserted the batteries, per directions and it didn't start right away. The scale didn't come on until we connected the app via Bluetooth to the scale. ***Here's a plus, the scale will still work to check weight only without logging back into the app. I was concerned that I would have to log in to the app every time I wanted to check my weight but no. Once the app has initially been connected the scale will still work for the basic weight function without reconnecting Bluetooth or turning on the app.*** Unfortunately, I found the scale was not very accurate. When I first got the scale I took my weight three different times during the day and each time the weight had a different reading. Took my weight again a couple of days later and again today (each time a different weight). While I would love to believe that I've lost three to five pounds in a few days, I probably didn't. It could be water weight but again, I'm not sure. The lack of accuracy (this yo-yo effect) has led to a distrust of the scale. I'm looking at it now as an estimate of my weight instead of an accurate number. So sad. Likes: App allows multiple users Shows BMI Allows you to set a goal weight Shows your history and trends Allows you to change unit of weight (kg, lbs) Available in different languages Shows body fat % Shows water % Shows muscle mass % Shows bone mass % Shows BMR Shows visceral fat Shows lean body mass (lbs) Shows body fat mass (lbs) Show bone mass (lbs) Shows muscle mass (lbs) Shows body age Shows protein % I really like the detailed report and how deep it goes. Dislikes: Must download EufyLife app Weight is not accurate Smart scale does not connect directly to Google Fit (but does via EufyLife app) Overall, I'm not sure this scale is for me. The price wasn't horrible compared to other smart scales on the market. It just doesn't function as I wanted it to or meet my expectations and for that reason I didn't give it five stars. It might be a better fit for you if you don't mind connecting your existing data to the app or if you're starting completely fresh.
