Love this, it works very well, especially when you’re making two at one time, you could set it from light to dark and it tastes just as if you went to a breakfast restaurant. I love it. I would definitely recommend this product, especially for a Family.

Disappointed

I really wanted to like this waffle maker. In theory, it would have saved me time making our Easter brunch and allowed me to sit and eat with my family and friends. However, in the two trial runs that I did before Easter this thing would burn one side and not cook a square or two of the other leaving the other two just right somehow. That wasn't the only problem. The alarm on this thing was super annoying. There is no off switch for it. It continues even after you've taken the waffles out. I love the idea but overall I am disappointed in this product.
