Handmade Cotton Sleep Mask

I honestly to goodness think it has improved my sleep. I have a CPAP (just covers my nose, for reference), and I wanted to be able to block some of the air that would escape plus block out light. The fancy foam ones that leave space for your eyelashes don't work. I had a cloth one with a wire in the nose area that worked fine, but it wrapped around my head. I like that this one just goes over my ears (no extra spot to mess up my hair in the back), and it's super soft! It is able to cover my eyes and not be affected by my CPAP mask. It doesn't always stay, but I assume if I was free from the CPAP, it would stay 👍🏻. I have had mornings where I wake up thinking it's pitch black, but it's actually just the mask completely covering my eyes! I'm positive that reducing the air blowing into my eyes and keeping out the sunlight in the morning has made a difference.
