Cuisinart Waffle Maker

I needed a multifunctional appliance for our RV. This has become my go to for easy breakfasts. I originally bought it for the waffle maker and hoped the pancake plates would come in handy. I use the pancake plates for so many things. It makes great perfectly sized pancakes and cooks eggs, scrambled or fried, really well. I'm still testing it's versatility. Supposedly you can make paninis with the waffle maker plates. It makes okay waffles but because the bottom stays so much hotter than the top, I find myself flipping the waffles for a more even golden color.
