A luxury that quickly becomes a necessity.

Best product I have bought in a long time! I thought this was a cute idea but it's almost a necessity once you get used to it. It keeps my coffee the perfect temperature to the last drop! The temperature is adjustable and the readout on the front can have your name show up (you put it in from your app) - also helps with knowing whose cup is whose. I originally bought for my RV but now use it in both my house and for travel. Seems to charge quickly if I have forgotten to place it back on the charger. I am extremely careful to not have the bottom of the cup be wet before setting onto the charger (per manufacturer advice if you want it to last) so be careful of that. I don't find it difficult to wash as I only drink black coffee and tea in it. It has reduced the mugs that we used to use during the day to zero because we each use and then wash our own. What I thought was a definite luxury item has quickly become my necessity. Great product. I hope it lasts a long time.

Terrible customer service

I love the concept of keeping my coffee warm for a long period of time. But the product doesn’t last, and customer service s terrible. They are very slow and do not back up the product. I have a mug that died and they insisted it was the charger and said it was my fault. So I bought another charger. Didn’t fix the problem. Now I Have the travel mug and the sippy lid no longer works so you have to take the lid off to drink out of it. Have tried to get replacement sine it is under warranty but no response from customer support. I can’t even buy one because the website says “sold Out”. Probably not selling them anymore since they are defective, but if f that’s the case. Should get a refund. But Amazon just refers me to Ember support. Which is awful. No response. Update- I finally got a response but I think this an AI bot. It keeps asking me for information and says it is escalating the claim. For a sippy lid replacement! Still no decision days later. Unbelievable!
