Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Bagged Vacuum

I have owed several Miele vacuum cleaners. The most recent one I purchased, on May 17, 2025, using in for less than two months the motor appeared to have stopped working. The miele went not power on and then I would only hear a humming sound. The 30 day return window through amazon had just ended. I contacted Miele manufacturer. What a absolute nightmare. The vaccum supposedly has a 1 year warranty, however the Miele customer service person instructed me to contact and bring to an option of 3 differnt repair places in my area. I contacted all 3 companies. They apparently were all connected to one another and stated they do not repair/replace Miele vacuums unless you purchase directly from them. I called Miele back and informed of this. Miele stated, sorry they are suppose take in the vacuum to replace or repair. I called the repair companys back and they stated no Miele is wrong we will not accept your vacuum. So consequently if your Miele vacumm breaks after the 30 day window, you are completely out of luck and Miele will just give you the run around and not assisit with repairing or replacing the Miele vacuum cleaner. Its alsmost criminal. Stay away from Miele!
