Very Impress!

What a great looking air conditioner, but more importantly great working product. I purchased a 12,000 btu unit and within 30 to 40 minutes or so room about an 500sq ft. was very cool. Now the biggest question of them all when searching for AC is it quiet? This one is, sounds like a fan blowing nothing major that can disrupt your sleep. Very happy with the company solid to say the least. Very important note, they do want you to have the unit in a upright position for 3 to 4 hours before turning it on. So Mine was sitting in my living room on the day it was delivered because I had to go to work. All I know is that when I did plugged it in and turned it on that cold air was on point, again just 30 minutes and room was feeling very cozy and cool. Very worth it

Works great your first summer. The second season it turns to garbage

Worked wonderfully the first summer I had it in 2021. Just started it up gain in 2022 and now it doesn't function properly. The energy saver setting doesn't work. As soon as the AC reaches the desired temperature it cuts off and never turns back on again when the temperature goes back up. The only way to get it to run again is if I turn it off and on again. I can't rely on this AC to keep my place cool for my pets when I'm not home and pretty irritated I need to now purchase something else more reliable.
