Favorite new pan!

I have a larger Fiesta Dutch oven but wanted something smaller for frying chicken, or making our favorite, jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon (yum). This pan is much wider than my Dutch oven so I’m able to cook more chicken in it. It’s extremely heavy so be sure you use 2 hands when moving it! That heavy pan means it’s locking in heat, and gosh it’s effective at that. I’ve used it stove top and oven and it’s performed well. It’s easy to clean, too, but be sure to hand wash. I couldn’t say enough good things about this pan - everyone needs one!

Big disappointment

Used 1 time was extremely careful did not bang or bump it even set it on a dish towel and used the little lid protectors and noticed a enamel chip. Love the look but hate that it chips I really expected better quality from Cuisinart I have used there products for years. I take pride and care of my cookware and not happy having a pot with chipped enamel I don’t know where the chips went. Concerned they could have landed in my food.
