WOK Pan Multiple Use

Bought to use as a WOK. The first time it was used as a steamer. The diameter is good for family recipes, however it would be nice if the pan was deeper. The rack is nice as it covers the entire WOK.The meter was helpful as we steamed in parchment pouches.I also would have preferred the WOK to be all stainlessI would purchase again. It is difficult to find nice large WOK with steam rack the same size. Most only go half way WOK.Great to be dual use and not just WOK .

I used it once and threw it out. (Full disclosure... it didn’t arrive with all the parts. The grill was missing). I used it once to make stir fry which is cooked at high heat. The metal was so thin it scorched the pan. In the trash it went.
