Great vacuum for light cleaning

This is a great little vacuum for light cleaning. It works well on all surfaces, however, it works the best on floors with no real texture like my rock tile kitchen. With all the varied elevations of my kitchen floor, it does work but it takes time. On my othrr, regular flat floors it's great and on a very low pile carpet it excels. It's strong enough but I wouldn't try to use this for any "heavy" cleaning as I think my Shark upright is more suited for that. I use this one as a "daily sweeper" and use my big shark for the weekly and sping cleaning. This cleaner is lightweight and very manueverable and still has good suction for a cleaner it's size. It would be an excellent choice of vacuum for a small dorm or apartment or even for use in an RV as it's easy to store and takes a charge quickly. I'm more and more impressed with Shark products over Hoover for price point and value for my dollar as well as the machines themselves.

Poor suction, but large trash compartment

I’ve had this vacuum for a little over a year now and it’s been put to good use. Pros: - pretty lightweight compared to similar models - comes with attachments which are easy to connect and work well - large trash compartment Cons: - the suction isn’t great… I often find myself squeezing the “turbo” button which depletes the battery pretty quickly - for being a vacuum built for pet hair, the extension attachment (the one making it look like a vacuum) has these tiny wheels where hair is constantly trapped and builds up - the trash bucket can be difficult to empty I wish I could send this back, honestly, it doesn’t get utilized as much anymore because I got tired of picking hair out of the wheels and having to charge it after a ten minute quick clean, that I just bought another Navigator (we LOVE our other Shark vacuums that plug in, but this cordless one just is lacking in all the important categories for us). Overall I couldn’t recommend spending the money on it.
