awesome product

This cordless pet vacuum cleaner has been a game changer in my home. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and perfect for quick cleanups around pets. The suction power is impressive — it easily picks up pet hair from both carpets and hardwood floors. The self-cleaning brushroll helps prevent tangles, and the battery lasts long enough for a full cleaning session (usually around 30–40 minutes). I love how versatile it is — it converts to a handheld for furniture, stairs, and car interiors. The dustbin is easy to empty, and the HEPA filter is great for trapping allergens. If you have dogs or cats that shed, this is a must-have. The cordless design makes it so convenient, and it performs just as well as some corded vacuums. Highly recommended for pet owners looking for power, flexibility, and ease of use!

Read The Warranty. Not Great
By RCA on Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2025
I normally don't rate a product based on the support it gets. I try to concentrate on the features, functions, and reliability. I bought this in August of '24 from Amazon and by March of' 25 the button to get the vacuum in an upright position would not work. Unfortunately I couldn't work with Amazon directly for a replacement. I called Shark and was treated very poorly by customer support. I was hurried constantly while trying to get the link they sent to work in my chrome browser so that the person could verify that the vacuum was indeed busted. Further insult came when this nasty person told me I would have to pay $26 for return shipment and asked if I could afford it. I later verified that the 5 year warranty on this item does include a clause for the customer to pay for the return of the item and the cost depends on the item. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for my replacement. Another troubling thing about the warranty is that the replacement item cuts the warranty down to 6 months. Doesn't seem like a great warranty. I had a bad experience with a vacuum rated highly by a leading consumer magazine and a very bad experience with customer support. To top it off I don't feel comfortable with the reduction in the warranty period. I purchased a TV that cost over 2400. One day the TV would not turn on. I called the store from which I bought it and we went through the troubleshooting steps. I received a new tv within a week and they payed for the return of the TV that would not work. No changes in the warranty. I doubt that I will buy another shark product again. The vacuum worked very well and maybe the malfunctioning button was just a bad one in the bunch. I'm expecting decent treatment when I call for service. I expect better turnaround times for warranty exchanges, especially if the product was not abused. My suggestion to others after this experience is to read the warranty for any product you are considering buying carefully.
