Very Easy to install and looks great!

I was worried about some of the reviews I read. My 7" wide two tier organizer was nicely packaged. Directions are pictures, but it is very easy to install. It also comes with a template for installing it at the front of the cabinet. You don't need a drill if you are not attaching it to the base of the cabinet. Just use your Phillips head screw driver - so eas ,and I can still pull it out a little. I will eventually anchor it down to the base of the cabinet and be able to fully pull it out.

Waste of space under bottom shelf!

This is a poorly designed unit. The bottom shelf is almost 4 inches off the bottom of the cabinet and the top shelf is pretty close to the top. Had I realized the arrangement I probably would not have purchased it. I bought a returned one so it was a lot cheaper, if I had paid full price I would be returning it.
