kensie Alma Hardside 20" Carry-On

I bought this for a first trip. Love the color! I got the pink one. The handle goes up and down easy and it has 4 wheels, making it easy to maneuver. The hard shell is not the strongest compared to name brand ones but it's sturdy. It's great for short trips and fits more than expected for it's size. I definitely made use of the extra storage via the zipper. Unfortunately, the coded lock broke and i was unable to fully open on my trip! I followed the included instructions and I ahd practiced a few times prior to packing and a few times more after I packed. I i out my code and it would not open. I eventually used a butter knife to force it open and bought those zipper locks with keys instead. If you are buying specifically for the lock, I'd purchase with caution and have something sturdy to use force the zipper to be removed from the lock. Another con, is that there is not backing on the inside. It's just black material. Overall, it functions well as a carryon and fit perfect on the overhead seat on the plane. I was able to force the zipper open and now just use locks for security. It rolls well and the handle went up and down easy.
