Perfect Duffel for any use

This duffel bag is the perfect size for just about anything you want to use it for. Lots of space inside, plus extra compartments to put those smaller items in. Quality and workmanship of this bag is excellent! It also has two larger size wheels for when you are pulling it. Handle folds in nicely. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this was. Worth spending a little bit more money to get a good quality rolling duffel bag.

So Disappointed!

I was so excited when I ordered then got this bag, it is the perfect size to go in the overhead bin and I had had an almost identical one from Delsey for years. Unfortunately this bag is nowhere near 5he the same quality I am used to and after only one trip the retractable handle got stuck open and 5he only way to close it is from inside the bag making it not retractable anymore. I bought the bag well in advance of my trip so now can’t return it. When I bought it there was no warning on Amazon like there is now saying frequently returned item, too bad maybe it could have saved me the $140.
