This set was great comes with mostly everything you'd need but one day I'm trying to loosen a screw that was in there pretty tightly. It broke the mechanism. I truly feel I should be getting a replacement and I'm hoping by this comment they reach out to me and send one. I will update if they do. If not then I suggest you stay away. UPDATE.. I reached out to the company and told them about the issue they immediately fixed the situation and sent out a replacement. They even upgraded me due to the product being out of stock. Go ahead and buy worry free. They back the product 100%

Defective - broken ratchet

It's a shame because this is a really nice looking set with an excellent case, and what appears to be a very solidly built driver. Unfortunately the internals were broken. First, the ratchet selector had problems clicking into the reverse position. I had to put a lot of strength into it before it would fully engage. Even when fully engaged, when I tried to unscrew a barely-tight fastener, the ratchet pawl would skip teeth about 30% of the time - basically this means the handle spins and no torque is transmitted to the fastener. So, back it goes.
