Great value and works just like the original!

I was a little hesitant at first to try non-HP ink, but I'm glad I gave this a shot. The Smart Ink 902XL cartridges worked perfectly with my OfficeJet Pro 6978. Installation was super easy, and my printer recognized the cartridges without any issues or error messages. Print quality is just as good as the original HP ink. It produces crisp text and clean colors for both documents and photos. I use my printer mostly for work-from-home tasks and the occasional school project for my kids, and this ink holds up well. What really sold me was the price — way more affordable than HP brand ink, and the XL cartridges last a long time. Definitely worth it if you're tired of overpaying for ink. I'll be reordering when it's time to restock!

The black ink works great, but the colored I k did not work. Called customer service and they were fantastic! She walked me through a way to test the ink and then immediately offered to expedite me a replacement.
